RIGHTS OF WAY
Bridleway 257 can be easily accessed and is ideal for hacking out.
In field 1 footpath 263 crosses just inside the edge of the field boundary as shown in yellow below.
From the Felbridge Hotel & Spa travel north on the A22 Eastbourne Rd towards Godstone for 0.5 miles. On the right hand side of the A22 sign posted 'Wards Farm' take the entrance and follow the right hand fork along the farm track to a wooden gate.
