Richard joined the firm in 2011 to head up the Commercial Property Department.  His work involves acting for building owners and occupiers, providing advice on agency, asset management, valuation and professional services across the retail, office and industrial sectors.  Richard is based in the Firm’s Guildford Office but divides his time between there and the Head Office in East Grinstead.  He acts for a range of clients handling instructions across the southern counties and in Greater London.

Richard is a graduate of Wye College, London.  He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 and is an RICS Registered Valuer. He started his career in Central London spending 17 years in private practice before moving to Guildford in 2005.    

Richard is based in our Guildford office.
