Oliver Harwood is New Chair of Agricultural Law Association Inter-Professional Committee

We are delighted to announce that RH & RW Clutton partner Oliver Harwood has taken up the Chair of the Agricultural Law Association Inter-Professional Committee. www.ala.org.uk.

Oliver will be liaising with senior lawyers, the NFU and CLA over proposed changes to legislation and guidance within our industry, chairing two meetings a year and dealing with various government consultations and initiatives which directly affect agriculture and agricultural property.

This is an impressive achievement and credit to Oliver’s expertise and reputation in the field of agriculture, agricultural property and law.

This is also a great opportunity for Oliver and, through him, for RH & RW Clutton to be involved in changes to legislation which will directly affect our clients.
