BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME (BPS)

The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) has now published this year’s exchange rate at €1 = £0.89092. With the payment window fast approaching (1^st December 2019), please do feel free to contact RH & RW Clutton if you have any questions regarding your #BasicPaymentScheme (BPS) receipts.
