Although the Coronavirus restrictions have been lifted, we will be following the property industry’s guidance in continuing to ask visitors and clients to wear face coverings (unless exempt) when visiting our offices and meeting our agents at property viewings. Our offices will be operating as usual and will continue to be supported by staff working both remotely and in the office.

COVID-19 UPDATE JANUARY 2021
RH & RW Clutton is following the latest Government guidance and is operating as usual with all our staff now once again working remotely. We will continue to deliver the high level of service that you expect of us and you can continue to contact us as normal, however our offices will be managed by skeleton staff only and we would request that all contact with us is through emails or telephone.
Our teams across our offices in Guildford, Petworth, and our Head Office in East Grinstead will still be offering a range of services and will be delighted to help you in any way they can during this time.

In line with the Government guidelines, our offices have been closed to the public and will reopen when the Government considers it safe for us to do so. We would encourage you to send anything you would ordinarily post to us by email instead.
Tenants in our managed properties can still contact their respective property manager by email or telephone. For emergency issues outside of business hours, please ensure you have a note of your property manager’s mobile number.

We are operating as normal by working remotely and are doing all we can to ensure we are able to provide our clients with the professional service levels they expect. Our staff are able to effectively work from home with access to our secure server and software and diverted phone systems. We continue to progress sales and new tenancies and attend to property management

Our dedicated estate agency and letting agency teams are spending significant time liaising with solicitors, vendors, landlords, purchasers and prospective tenants to progress matters as best we can during this time.
