COVID-19 UPDATE JANUARY 2021

RH & RW Clutton is following the latest Government guidance and is operating as usual with all our staff now once again working remotely. We will continue to deliver the high level of service that you expect of us and you can continue to contact us as normal, however our offices will be managed by skeleton staff only and we would request that all contact with us is through emails or telephone. 

Our teams across our offices in Guildford, Petworth, and our Head Office in East Grinstead will still be offering a range of services and will be delighted to help you in any way they can during this time.

In line with the Government guidelines, our offices have been closed to the public and will reopen when the Government considers it safe for us to do so. We would encourage you to send anything you would ordinarily post to us by email instead.

Tenants in our managed properties can still contact their respective property manager by email or telephone. For emergency issues outside of business hours, please ensure you have a note of your property manager’s mobile number.

We are operating as normal by working remotely and are doing all we can to ensure we are able to provide our clients with the professional service levels they expect. Our staff are able to effectively work from home with access to our secure server and software and diverted phone systems. We continue to progress sales and new tenancies and attend to property management

Sales & letting progression

Our dedicated estate agency and letting agency teams are spending significant time liaising with solicitors, vendors, landlords, purchasers and prospective tenants to progress matters as best we can during this time.

Virtual viewings

We have been organising virtual tours for our available instructions to ensure that applicants can view properties from the safety of their own homes. For more information, please contact our agency team.

We are offering a free, no-obligation, virtual market appraisal service for both sales and lettings which can be carried out by video call. To find out what your home is worth and get our advice on how to get your property market-ready, please contact our agency team.

Marketing & online activity

There is an increase in online activity with so many of us at home. We want to assure you that our instructions are listed on www.rhrwclutton.com and the various portals including OnTheMarket.com, Zoopla.co.uk and Rightmove.co.uk. We are also making use of our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin to promote your property to a wider audience. Supporting our staff

We are a small business and embrace family values and family friendly policies. We are supporting our staff in staying safe by providing facilities to work from home, encouraging them to follow the Government guidance whilst continuing to promote a healthy work/family life balance. Our team is encouraged to do what they can to support their colleagues, loved ones, neighbours and local communities during this time and going forward.
