The Government amended the Coronavirus (Covid-19) regulations to allow home moves to take place and for Estate Agents and Letting Agents to reopen. The guidance outlines important public health information to ensure that moves and in-person viewings, market appraisals and other meetings are conducted safely and subject to strict social distancing guidelines.

RH & RW Clutton is following the latest government guidance in order to be able to offer viewings, market appraisals and meetings by prior appointment, subject to strict social distancing guidance, and only where they cannot be carried out by telephone or video call.

Tenants in our managed properties can still contact their respective property manager by email or telephone. For emergency issues outside of business hours, please ensure you have a note of your property manager’s mobile number.


Open for business

We are operating as normal both from the office and working remotely. We are doing all we can to ensure we are able to provide our clients with the professional service levels they expect. Our staff are still able to effectively work from home with access to our secure server and software and phone systems. We would still encourage you to send anything you would ordinarily post to us by email instead.

Sales & letting progression

Our dedicated estate agency and letting agency teams are spending significant time liaising with solicitors, vendors, landlords, purchasers and prospective tenants to progress sales and rentals as efficiently and safely as possible.


Over the last few weeks, we have been organising virtual tours for our available instructions to ensure that applicants can view properties from the safety of their own homes. We have put a policy in place to facilitate in-person viewings and are contacting those that have recently asked for an appointment to make the necessary arrangements. We are still offering a free, no-obligation, market appraisal service for both sales and lettings which can be carried out by video call or in-person by prior appointment. There is an increase in online activity with so many of us at home. Supporting our staff

We are a small business and embrace family values and family friendly policies. The message to our industry is that this is not a return to normality and therefore we are encouraging our staff to work from home as much as possible and to continue to follow the Government guidance. Our team is encouraged to continue to support their colleagues, loved ones, neighbours and local communities during this time and going forward.
