New Senior Associate

Nic is based in our East Grinstead office and is part of our Rural Estate Management Team.   Nic's main work priorities revolve around the management of rural estates in Sussex on behalf of a number of private clients.  Nic specialises in the management of land, farmland, residential property, employees, payroll and rent collection as well as advising clients on sporting issues and one-off strategic projects. 

Nic joined RH & RW Clutton as a Graduate Surveyor in March 2012, having worked locally for the previous two years. He graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in 2009 with a degree in Rural Land Management. Nic successfully passed his APC in 2013.  Nic was promoted to Senior Associate of RH & RW Clutton in October 2020.

Outside work Nic is a committee member of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust, Sussex Division and enjoys a number of country pursuits and plays golf locally.
