In its latest edition, The Sunday Times lists the nation’s “Best Places to Live in 2020”.  Featured amongst the south-east’s top fourteen places are Guildford and Petworth; two towns where RH&RW Clutton have offices.  Guildford is praised for its excellent schooling, fast London rail links, beautiful countryside on its door step,  the quality of its shopping and its broad cultural offering based around the Yvonne Arnuad theatre and G Live arts centre.  Petworth stands out for its architectural charm, its strongly independent retail sector underpinned by galleries and antique shops; its cultural appeal with a new art gallery, and the well-established annual festival offering top class concerts.
