RH & RW Clutton attends Sussex Heritage Trust Awards Launch

Victoria Back and Haden Trueman-Greinke of RH & RW Clutton were delighted to attend the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards Launch last week at Drew's Barn on the Warnham Park Estate kindly hosted by Jonathan and Caroline Lucas. 

The Launch marks the start of the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards at one of the Award's winning venues, this year at Drew’s Barn, a 350-year-old traditional oak Sussex barn on the Warnham Park Estate in Horsham and a 2021 Commercial and Building Craft Award winner.  The original dilapidated barn was dismantled and re-purposed in the park and now serves as an antler museum which showcases the history of the world famous Warnham Park red deer herd.

The Sussex Heritage Trust is a Registered Charity established in 1977 to preserve, improve and encourage the appreciation of the architectural and natural landscape of Sussex, by:

•  Recognising and celebrating high quality conservation, restoration and new built projects in Sussex
•  Taking a strategic interest in Sussex building and landscape conservation issues
•  Highlighting, surveying and reporting on Buildings at Risk
• Working with government agencies, local authorities and community groups on heritage projects
• Offering relevant educational opportunities in the conservation building and construction industry, for young people based in Sussex
