Victoria Back and Peter Hughes attended the launch of the 2025 Sussex Heritage Trust Awards yesterday, held at the splendid, recently refurbished, Saltdean Lido, near Brighton. We recommend a visit!
Helen Reeve and her team did a marvellous job and #saltdeanlido gave us a very warm welcome with a very interesting presentation of the refurbishment, together with a guided tour.
Sussex Heritage Trust was established in 1977 to preserve, improve and encourage the appreciation of the architectural and natural landscape of Sussex and the annual awards celebrates the achievements of passionate architects, builders, conservation specialists etc. and those of us who care deeply about our surroundings and countryside. The trust goes from strength to strength and we are very pleased to be a sponsor, also thanking RHP and Tooveys Auctioneers for sponsoring the launch event, as well as welcoming Thakeham Homes as lead sponsor of the awards.
