RH & RW Clutton has been providing property related support to clients since 1743. We are an independent property consultancy offering an extensive range of property services including residential, rural and commercial estate agency, letting agency, estate and farm management, land agency, valuations and other professional services.  

Our property expertise covers all areas in the South East predominantly West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and West Kent from our offices in East Grinstead and Petworth.

EXPANDING HORIZONS

RH & RW Clutton has evolved a great deal over the last 280 years.  We pride ourselves on playing an essential role in our clients' property journey and we are always striving to expand our knowledge and our services to cover our clients’ ever-changing needs.

In 2022 we opened our new Estate Agency office in West Street, East Grinstead where our team provides award winning service to our clients in Sussex and West Kent with exellent local knowledge and a large database of potential purchasers.

Our collaboration with Philip Baker formerly of Park & Bailey in 2017 has triggered a commercial property success story with our commercial team currently being our fastest growing team to manage the increased workload.

In 2016 we opened a new office in Petworth with Peter Hughes and his team joining our residential estate agency and letting agency departments. This has opened up some excellent opportunities for us in the Petworth area helping us to support some of our existing clients more efficiently whilst giving us the chance to offer our expertise to a new client base in the area.

We are also expanding our land agency and property management teams to manage an ever-growing client base and as we ensure we have a practical succession plan in place for the future.

RH & RW Clutton incorporated in April 2020 becoming RH & RW Clutton Property Limited.
