From time to time, RH & RW Clutton's Rural Agency and Estate Agency teams are asked by clients if we can assist them in discreetly finding a house to buy, usually a one-off property that rarely comes to the market.  If we are successful in finding a property we can undertake an initial survey of the house and buildings and, if required, the land.
