Client’s money is held in a discrete account which is protected under the RICS Client’s Money Protection Scheme.

THE PROPERTY OMBUDSMAN
We are members of The Property Ombudsman and therefore observe their strict code of practices both for Residential Estate Agents and Residential Letting Agents. The Property Ombudsman also provides an impartial and independent service for resolving any disputes.
THE TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME
Since the 6th April 2007, all deposits taken for Assured Shorthold Tenancies are required to be protected by a Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
Our membership of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) ensures that deposits held by us are protected under their insured scheme.
In the event of a dispute about the return of a deposit the TDS ensures the matter is resolved swiftly, inexpensively and impartially.
