Market appraisals
Our expert knowledge of the local market enables us to assess each property on its individual merits and qualifies us to give considered advice prior to bringing a property to the market.
Marketing
We provide proactive marketing advice and take a full personal interest during the marketing process which includes, for each property, colour brochures incorporating photographs, floorplans (when provided). We also post every property on various key websites, including on www.rightmove.co.uk and www.onthemarket.com as well as on our website www.rhrwclutton.com.
Viewings
All viewings are accompanied by an experienced member of the team and we also give our clients regular feedback following a viewing.
Once a tenancy has been agreed
Following a tenancy being agreed we carry out stringent checks on potential tenants including personal and professional references. We provide comprehensive tenancy agreements and deal with the deposit and inventory/check-in at the beginning of the tenancy.
Management
If required we can take the strain and look after every aspect of the rental by undertaking full management.
Fees
Our fee structure is competitive and can be tailored to suit each individual client’s requirements.
