A gate opens into the large rear garden, which is mainly laid to lawn and includes a large terrace at the rea of the house, opening onto the heated pool with timber framed pool house to one side. The garden is mainly bordered on 2 sides by matures hedges, with various matures shrubs and trees and, at the far end there is an open view onto the adjacent farmland, with several mature oak and apple trees along the border. To one side of the garden the detached studio has a vaulted ceiling, with a wood burning stove, a store (potential bathroom) and first floor potential bedroom. Attached to one end of the studio is a large garden shed. In all extending to about 0.7 of an acre.
