DESCRIPTION
The Stables is a unique period property, situated in a peaceful rural location, having been converted many years ago from a former stable block/coach house. The property has attractive external elevations of part brick and tile hanging under a clay tiled roof. The spacious accommodation is now in need of updating and improvement and includes high ceilings and large windows with wooden flooring. A particular feature of the property is the large open-plan living and dining area with impressive double-height ceilings and attractive fireplace fitted with an electric stove, creating a bright and welcoming central space. The entrance door off the central courtyard leads in to the fitted kitchen. On the first floor are two well-proportioned double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with bath and freestanding shower cubicle and large storage cupboard. Outside, there is the central courtyard with parking for 2 cars and a separate private garden, which is a good size, mainly laid to lawn with mature trees, shrubs and hedging.

At the end of the garden is a detached double garage (21’10 x 16’5), providing useful storage or workshop space.
