Stedham is situated about 2.5 miles west of the picturesque and historic old market town of Midhurst with an excellent range of shops for everyday needs. Close to Midhurst is the Cowdray Park Estate with its polo grounds, golf course and Cowdray farm shop and cafe. Petersfield is about 8 miles to the west and Chichester is about 14 miles to the south both with a wider selection of shops and facilities. Goodwood, about 11 miles to the south, has horseracing, golf and motor racing. Haslemere, with a wide range of services and a mainline station to London Waterloo, is about 10 miles to the north. The property is located within the South Downs National Park and has immediate access to beautiful open countryside with endless walking opportunities.

DIRECTIONS
From Midhurst, on the A272, head west out of the town, towards Petersfield. After about 1.5 miles turn right to Stedham. Drive through the village and downhill, over the bridge. Immediately after the bridge is the turning for Bridgefoot Cottages on the right hand side. Please park in the space reserved for number 2, walk through the gate and walk to the left where you will find number 2.
