Built in 2004, the property has attractive external elevations of brick with half tile hanging under a tiled roof. The front door opens into an entrance hall, with a cloakroom to one side. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with worktops and a sink unit with drainer. There is also an electric oven, a gas hob, with extractor over, and points for a washing machine and a free-standing fridge freezer. The entrance hall opens into the good size L-shaped sitting room which has double glazed doors out on the garden and an understairs storage cupboard. There is also a nice outlook over the rear garden. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom. The rear bedroom has lovely rural views over the adjacent farmland.

Outside, the property is approached over a paved pathway to the front door, with a drive to one side providing parking for one car and leading to the large single garage (currently being used as a gym) with an up and over door, power and light and pedestrian door to the garden. Beside the garage is a side access leading to the rear. The garden is a good size and is mostly laid to lawn with an area of terracing with some raised beds and all enclosed by close board fencing.
