The kitchen is open to the dining area and is fitted with a range of wall and base units, plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher and space for a fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a small hallway with stairs leading up to the first floor. There are two double bedrooms, a study/dressing room and a shower room.

Outside is a paved terrace area and a pretty south/west facing garden which is mostly laid to lawn with mature hedging and an attractive stone wall.

PLANNING HISTORY
In April 2025 consent was granted (SDNP/24/03523/LIS) for a single storey extension at the rear to create a family room, a stair case leading to the second floor and use of the second floor as an additional bedroom and shower room, to include a dormer window. The consent also included minor internal alterations to include an improved kitchen space and a downstairs separate wc, and some replacement windows.
