Tim is now a Consultant to the firm having retired from the Partnership in 2009. Tim was made a Partner in 1974 having spent the previous 4 years as resident sub-agent on the Glanusk Estate in Breconshire. Tim’s main area of work expertise is rural estate management however he has handled the full gamut that one might expect including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant negotiations and taxation advice on rural estates.

Tim qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1970 and is a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and also a member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants, the Royal Forestry Society and the Country Landowners Association.

When not working Tim enjoys the countryside and supports traditional field sports. in a voluntary role Tim serves the parish of Bolney as a churchwarden.

Tim is based in our East Grinstead office.
