Barnsgate Farmhouse is a charming detached period farmhouse located in the heart of the very popular village of Byworth, just outside Petworth. The property is to be let unfurnished on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial period of 12 months.
A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent will be required prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This will be held by RH & RW Clutton under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the garden and the interior of the house. The landlord will be responsible for the exterior and the structure. The Landlord will retain the services of a gardener who will make one visit per month for 4 hours, mainly to trim shrubs and hedges and general tidying. The Tenant is responsible for cutting the lawns.
